Most used shop tool!!

Im a diesel mechanic by trAde and my most used shop tool is either a pocket flashlight or pocket screwdriver . What is your most used shop TOOL??? And don't say hand lotion!!!
 
My 2 x 72" Belt Grinder!
This is a knife maker related forum. Do you have a blade? And hand lotion is good!:)
 
I'm referring to a knife shop also I make too!!WHAT YOUR MOST Ysed tool ????
 
Fluke multimeter for work being an instrumentation technologist and industrial electrician. sharpie marker making knives and mallet making knife sheaths
 
I'm a mechanic also. Pocket screwdriver is by far the most underrated tool. Flashlight is definitely up there with the most used. Knife and small electric impact gun are in the top five.
 
For me it's my Dewalt 18v circular saw with a 40 tooth thin kerf blade on it. Other then that a good flashlight.
 
Man at work I use my steam light 10x as much as a hand wrench for diagnosing !! In my knife shop I use my fingernail scratching my heAd saying WTF am I doing!! What's y'all most used tool in the knife SHOP ???
 
s.cox , I haven't yet , I just ordered a new track for my summit , all this fresh snow has me craving a ski-doo ride! I looked them up at home depot the other day. 285$ for the kit , that's a good deal. I'm trying to put aside for a 2x72 grinder and a new rifle .... so much wants!
 
i use a file the most I guess along with sharpie. Being a hobby I don't know if I can bring myself to grind a knife on a belt grinder. I love the novelty of having an all hand made knife. I say that now but once i'm filing i'm cursing and wishing on a grinder every file stroke.

I'm in northern Canada , Labrador city , It was -30 degrees celsius this morning. It's a very small mining community in the middle of nowheres ... litterally. The closest town is about 700km away. It's beautiful here though , woods and lakes. A paradise for the outdoorsman , and no we don't love in igloos lol. our summer runs from late may until mid august and winter is from october to april.
 
which is too bad because I love working outdoors and I can't do much in these extrem cold temperatures. I'd love to take the knife making outdoors ... but I guess it will have to wait until may or june. Keeps the dust out of the garage too and off of the four wheeler and snowmobile and everything else.

grumpy grinder ,, we are totally opposite here as far as weather it was in the upper 60s here today ! It's also a sportsmanship paridise here too, I live in rural ms we have some very good whitetail deer hunting here !
