Most You've Paid For a Fixed Blade

I haven't bought overmany fixed blades, so I'd say the most expensive one I have is the ESEE-4 I just bought - 100$, plus another 50$ for a fancy leather sheath. It hasn't arrived yet...

Busse Team Gemini Light Brigade. $337. Competition finish $0. Black G10 handles +$35. Shipping +$15. Dan Brown kydex sheath +$65. $452

$300 for the DC Slicer in CF/Ti with K390 at 64rc by Ozark Tradition Knifeworks (blackcatt)

I believe my highest priced fixed blade ran me between $300 and $400. My Randalls are some of my more expensive blades, but they were all purchased more than 10 years ago and some are certainly worth more than $400 now. A custom was calling my name at $850 by a master bladesmith at Blade, but I eventually decided to pass.

About $230 with the exchange rate , but I have a lot of knives in the $200 range. That's pretty much of the top of my feelgood limit for any knife.Folders the most was $80.

$900 for a Bagwell Hell's Belle bowie, bought it direct from Bill back in 99 i believe.

About $500 for a Hanwei Tsunami Katana. If swords don't count, then $352 for a Busse Team Gemini Light Brigade.

$1250 for a one of a kind Busse Fusion-handled Bowie. Stole it on E-Bay. And yes, it was a steal at the price.

I've paid $250 for one of his blades. Fantastic guy to work with! The price was well worth it to me, as I don't feel the urge to carry anything else anymore.

I've never spent over $100 on any knife I own ... I guess I'm CHEAP and also NOT a collector !

Oh goodness. I was just surfing around his site. Liking all that I see. Then you bust out a wharnie. Which I have a weakness for.

$400.00 for a pre-owned Wilson Tactical 7" Model 5.

I'm not entirely sure why they're so high since it's D2 steel and it has a black micarta handle?

I still have it, though, and I don't plan on selling it so I guess it was worth it.

$625.00 for Busse BWMLE and Armorallleather sheath, $400.00 for custom OTK Ozark Bowie and $400.00 for custom Joe Hoover chopper. Only sold the BWMLE, still own the other two and they will never be going anywhere!!

$300 for a Reese Weiland Ti tanto.

120 on a Shun 8" Premiere chef knife. A wedding gift to my sister in law. For myself it was a 112 on a lone wolf trailmate just before Benchmade took them over. AMAZING knife!
