Really enjoy your posts. I’ve watched a fair bit of rugby, including the Welsh national team, and it always seems like there are only 4-5 surnames in all of Wales haha. The war memorial reminded me of that
 
Last day of my mini road trip on Friday,it was a long drag.

I got very cold and was shaking and exhausted when I got home.

After breakfast stretching my legs before I set of,I met a nice young lady walking a cute dog.

Welsh daffodils are huge it’s the natioanal flower.

Good to see and unusual in the UK 3 shops stocking knives.

Old school petrol station in Wales,the owner had photos up of him riding enduro and trials.

They filled you up very unusual nowadays,inside it could have been 1950,loved it.

Yesterday


“Freedom’s just another word for nothin’ left to lose”
Suns out for a few days,so threw some stuff in my panniers (mostly tablets and stuff to keep me going).
Called my hotel in Monmouth and headed off.
Stopped at the disputed source of the Thames then at the Fabrizio Ravanelli cafe.
😁

My usual room outside,self contained no stairs and my bikes close by.
Pleased with my new security setup from Pragmasis,13mm loop chain and Ulock.
Easy to carry under the seat.
They are still getting over the floods they had water over the roof of cars.
So my rooms been redecorated,I hope they can move on.


It is impossible to pronounce the Welsh language,non of the letters have a sound from any other language.
Don’t believe try these ones. 😁

I love learning something new,now I know why the fair was called the mop where I live I had always wondered.

Sad to see a lot of shops closed since I was here last year.🥲

Top tip don’t get the Talybont reservoir mixed up with the Taliban reservoir…🤣🤣🤣


I don’t have a touring motorbike,I tour on a motorbike.
I don’t have an adventure motorbike,I have adventures with my motorbike.
Today I found another lovely spot to just sit and contemplate things.
Sometimes I read,or eat fruit maybe even just whittle a stick Or explore the area.
