Move Quote time II - THE SEQUEL!

From one of my favorite all time movies.

L: This (restroom) is for Ladies

As: (while unzipping his pants)

So is this ma'am but every now and then I must run some water through it
 
Hint time? Peter O'Toole is the AS in the quote, he plays an actor with a addiction problem who has came to New York to do a sketch comedy show ( think Saturday Night Live) the word Year appears in the title of the movie.
 
That was a funny movie, didn't recall that line, but I'll take up the slack with this easy quote for you folks,

Q: "You can whistle really loud, you know that?"

"Thank you so much for your hospitality, Mr. Sunday. And we'll be out of your way, we're just hunting for quail."
 
Later in the movie:

E: "Do you accept Jesus Christ as you saviour?"
D: "Yes I do."
D gets baptised
D: "There's the pipeline."
 
"I'm an oilman, ladies and gentlemen, I have numerous concerns spread across this state. I have many wells flowing at many thousand barrels per day, so I like to think of myself as an oilman."
 
Ok, last try. If this won't work I'm getting worried :)
