In the pool for another 2000m tonight.
6+7.5=13.5.
1600m swim last night. Actually used fins for 2/3 of it; first time in a couple years that I've used them
13.5+6=19.5
Not easily quantifiable, but I skated yesterday for 1 1/2 hours. Worked up a sweat, even, despite temps in the 30's. I'm awarding myself 1 point per 15 minutes.

Yay! One of us!I'm going to be getting in on the January one, as I'm getting a new tracking thingamajigabobber before the first. So far I have been doing a mixture of exercising and bringing my lunch (salad in a bottle) and in two weeks I'm down 6 pounds. My exercise has consisted of parking in the last spot in the lot at jobs, and taking a walk for 30 minutes a day while at the office. So far it hasn't been measurable but it WILL be. Oh and taking stairs instead of elevators when applicable (basically when less than 10 flights).
You should still join us no matter what happens at work. We aren't motivational experts, but we sure don't try, eitherI may be joining this soon as well. Since that corporation bought out the place I work, a "wellness" feature is included in the insurance. What it is, is they give you a monitor, and it measures the steps you walk every day. You plug the monitor into the pc once every two weeks. The more you walk, the better the benefits are on the insurance. Pretty cool idea really.
70 laps tonight in the pool, 50yd laps.
