It's been a month, but hey....rode 30 miles today, temps in the high 40's. That's just wrong for the beginning of winter.

1600m ('cause it sounds better than 1 mile) in the pool this morning during my eldest's swim practice. Hit the pool stinking of campfire after dozing off at our firepit last night. My BH campfire cap is now scratch-n-sniff.

I'm at 32 miles on the week (just got a Jawbone Up, last week monday, so now I can keep track of this stuff!)

Yesterday I had a 7 mile hike, I don't know if that counts for 1 point per mile, but I'm going to assume it does. So I'm at 32 points for the month.
