every time ive had an issue with HI they tried to give me stuff and i refused to let them hurt themselves and payed full price ( my first order i got the wrong knife, but i loved it and payed for it )
you gotta understand man, HI is about helping the people making you that knife as much as it is about owning that one of a kind knife -- I promise if you stay with HI you won't be disappointed
just read your post, and yeah I did miss it , good work man, this is a great place to be and I hope you feel the same loyalty we do to HI at the end of the day.

This whole thread is why feedback should go in FEEDBACK. People misread complaints there too but manufacturer's forums are supposed to be for aficionados, not working out glitches and blaming the victim.
