Q: Do you not know that King Kong the first was just three foot six inches tall? He only came up to Faye Wray's belly button! If God could do the tricks that we can do he'd be a happy man!

Well, it sounds like something from "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", but if that is right, I'd have to find another quote that wasn't too hard or easy. ;)
 
Wow... I'm surprised that was the answer... it was the only 'later' Hensen company movie I could think of...

maybe a little obscure...
