One of my favorite lines from Tombstone is when Billy Bob Thorton says something like "its like I'm playin' cards with my brother's kids!"
I have seen the movie at least 7 or 8 times and it cracks me up every time.
 
Movie called "Grizzly", gotta be near 30 years ago. Guy riding a horse, comes around a tree and this nutso bear takes one swipe and removes the horses head with the guy still on it.

Yummy.
 
Weird Science has one line I'll never forget, delivered by a young Bill Paxton to two sick as a dog hungover geeks-

"How about a nice, greasy pork sandwich. Served up in a dirty ashtray!"
 
sidekick: "shouldn't we oughtta bury 'em?"

Another one I like is BoonDock Saints. I cannot think of one particular scene that sticks out over the others..
 
When Chris Nolan and Christian Bale finally re-tooled BATMAN for what it should have been (without the gayness and lack of depth by Schumacher or the inane weirdness of Burton), the most memorable scene to me was when he hung a guy upside down on the side of building interrogating him. Out of sheer fright the guy says that's all he knows and "swears to God". Bale/Batman cuts him off in the most rage filled, guttural, headache-induced sound saying: "SWEAR TO ME!"

That film is my no.2 of guy films one should watch :thumbup:

During the "debriefing" scene, De Niro and Bean heckling each other:

Sean Bean/Spence: You worried about saving your own skin?
De Niro/Sam: Yeah, I am. It covers my body.

Sean Bean/Spence: Ever killed anyone?
De Niro/Sam: I hurt somebody's feelings once. . . :D

Another is during the assault planning scene:

Spence: We got shooters here and here. I tell you an old trick.
Sam: Hey...
[rubs the board]
Spence: What's your problem?
Sam: Draw again. Draw it again. You're the ace field man. Draw it again. It's a simple diagram. Just draw it again. Draw what you saw. Draw it again! Draw it again!
Sam: [Spence remains silent. Sam takes the marker and draws on the board] Two shooters. Car comes through here. Shooters across each other. Kill each other dead. Oh my, where'd you learn that?
Spence: In the regiment.
Sam: What regiment was that?
Spence: The 22nd Special Air Service.
Sam: What's the color of the boathouse at Hereford?
[repeats]
Spence: I don't like your attitude!
Sam: What's the color of the boathouse -...
Spence: Fuck off!
Sam: What's - -you got the gun. I'm unarmed. Do something. Go ahead. Do something. DO SOMETHING.
[Spence spills the coffee cup and Sam subdues him]
Sam: Tell me about an ambush. I ambushed you with a cup of coffee!
