Movies that you will see in the theaters in 2007

300 Spartans was a well made movie. Not totally historically accurate, but it has the basics right.. Mark Lenard (Mr. Spocks' dad") plays King Leonidas.

300
Ocean's 13
Spiderman 3
The Fantastic 4 part 2 (whatever its name is :D )
The Ninja Turtles (although, I did like the first movie with the turtle-costume wearing guys)
Transformers!!! it looks good!
Possibly Shrek 3
Anything else that catches my attention

Hopefully they aren't going for campy with Ghost Rider. It looks like it from the commercials though. With Nic Cage, you almost figure that they have to.

From the team that brought you Shaun of the Dead:

That preview for fantastic 4 was great, the first movie was a bit lame I thought.
300, spidey 3, transformers, shrek the third, days of glory, a world war 2 movie, supposed to be great, zodiac, and the new ninja turtles
should be good. Lots of nostalgia this year.

Oh yeah, I read that Tom Clancy's "Without Remorse" is coming out as a movie this year. IMO, it's Clancy's best book so, if done well, it could be an excellent movie.

That is one of Clancy's best books. It would be a good "out for justice" type of film. Who gets the John Clark role?

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Spiderman 3, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, maybe Ocean's Eleven, Ghost Rider, maybe the TMNT movie, anything else that draws my attention. :D We just got a brand-spanking new Carmike here in LaGrange, so I'm going to be breaking in the seats for them... >_>

I've read that Joaquin Phoenix got the nod for Clark. I think I can see him pulling it off... I didn't think that Matt Damon would succeed playing Jason Bourne, but he did quite well.

I've no idea when the movie is supposed to come out, though.

Joaquin Phoenix continually surprises me with his ability to do a very credible acting job. He was excellent as Commodus in Gladiator. I hated him, but still almost felt sorry for him. Maybe he'll do a good job as Clark.

Already saw Hannibal Rising (not bad). I'll go for Pirates 3, Spiderman 3, 300, 1408, Fantastic 4 II (Jessica Alba,

), Harry Potter 5, might see Without Remorse, that was one of Clancy's best, Shrek 3, and whatever else catches my eye. 1408, Spiderman and 300 are must sees.

I can't wait for 300. I'd like to see Zodiac. I saw Ghost Rider this weekend, I don't recomend it. It was mediocre in every way possible.

Pirates of the Caribbean 3
i hate johnny depp ever since him and tim burton ruined charily and the chocolate factory

Saw Ghost Rider yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised, it was better than I had expected it to be. Nicholas Cage pulled off the character well, I think. Having Sam Elliott in it didn't hurt, either. Also, I'll add Phenomenon, the new Sandra Bullock movie, to my list, along with Shrek 3 and possibly The Invisible. 300 looks great, but I don't care for a ton of gore, and it seems like it'll be quite gory, so I may pass on it. Spiderman 3 looks awesome, saw a preview at Ghost Rider.

I'm not a Will Smith fan, but I will probably see "I am Legend" when it came out. The Omega Man was one of my favorite movies.

Saw Ghost Rider. I can't believe I wasted my money in the theater. Sure, see it once as a rental, stare at Eva Mendes and the Ghost Rider when he first appears. Other than that, the best part of the movie was the promo for Resident Evil Extinction.
