Mr. Emerson, Please start making Emersons all framelocks

imho any liner lock by any maker can get outta adjustment with a lotta waving or inertia opening, but in general lycosa is right, as long as its a quality knife.

some of the very best combat folders in the world are liner locks, pat crawford, bob lum, bob terzuola, emerson, etc etc while the number imho of really good ones that are frame locks is quite a bit smaller.

would i rather have a frame lock or LL? frame. but like many have said nothing at all wrong with a wel;l designed well executed liner lockl.
 
Man...I was hoping Mr.Emerson would comment on this thread...I guess he doesn't really use bladeforums...
 
he has AFAIK never gotten involved in any topics on this forum, he does on USN though.

he said on USN the framelocks didnt sell well which was why he disco'd them, that and rising production costs, but mostly it was they didnt sell well,
 
What forum on USN does Emerson post on? I can't find the Emerson forum there.
