Edit to add: In case you missed it, the CK pocket slip was the one I had used for the Beer Scout. You obviously don't need to take it, but it already has the shape of the Beer Scout. I'm sure it would work nicely for the Beer Cub too if it stays in the box.

Ah yes I did notice the slip but I have so many that I thought someone else could use it. That 66 fits it perfectly.
 
I'll just say that a few more rounds like this and I am going to feel silly for having not saved anything to enter in the GAW later! That's only kind of a joke.

I have a few other nice traditionals, just not ones that I think would really excite folks. Like I have a great old Bruckmann given to me by glennbad glennbad , but I have zero interest in ever giving it away, and I worry that folks wouldn't give it much thought since Bruckmann knives don't get a ton of talk on the forum. And then I have other ones that I think are cool, but aren't equal-or-greater value type knives.

But if we can get this box back into being something that really gets folks excited, that is what I really wanted. So I just wanted to say again that I am thrilled at how Jakeywax31 Jakeywax31 took the gesture and ran with it. The endless GAW box is looking great.
 
Tremendous input, quality has soared, it's a bit like getting a wonderful Christmas Hamper full of many goodies like back in the old days :cool: Only you can't take it all and you've got to replenish it fruitfully:)

Nice to watch this as a voyeur though :D
