myself, I did not try it out. I've never used anything like that before.

They take a bit of practice, but when you want to go through a bunch of slippies they're pretty nice to have... Tony Bose has a video on the tube showing how to use one.

I will go ahead and pull the modern stuff and drop in another traditional folder and fixed blade.

I'm also glad to hear that people are still getting enjoyment from watching this thing progress.

That's cool man, it's forged from a scrapped coil spring. I made a few after my kids made off with my steel thumbnail. I've given them all away now. Everyone seems to find them handy, I know I do.
