I ordered a custom strop from mr2blue on Tuesday and received it on Thursday! Beautiful bubinga wood and high quality leather. Great workmanship. Time to hone up some blades.

I'm gonna have to put a +1 on this one as well. Just got mine the other day and haven't gotten to use it yet but it is very well constructed, and the wood looks great. :thumbup:

I'd like to pile on here too.

Mark whipped me up a larger custom bench strop to my specs (3"x10"x 1.5").
He worked fast, great communication, and an outstanding result.

Yea, could've have made it myself with a 2"x4" and a skinny old belt.

But I got an exotic hard wood with a satin finish, beveled edges (including the top grain leather) at a killer price from a craftsman on the Forum.
