How about a Mule and a nice Santoku or other kitchen knife?

It might be faster, easier (and maybe even cheaper?) to buy e.g. Hiromoto kitchen knives in AS.

Hitachi said they'd sell us some and ship it to Golden for manufacture. We're open, if you're interested. Lead time is almost a year, plus shipping and mfg time has us up to 14-15 months. The cost is high and as mentioned, minimum quantity is higher than we'd need just for a Mule run, so we'd have to make something else as well.

Why don't yo make it in Seki as ZDP Mule?

What about Russian X12MF - one I just tested outperforms a bit CPM M4 Mule.
