Multi-Tool sheath

Yep, saw Tandy's offerings but didn't want to get the ones with the rubber washer too, on Springfield they have that type as well as just regular screws to get so I grabbed a couple bags of those, just in case ;)

Plus they had some nice conchos there too

Thanks sir, I appreciate that!

Dave, you were right, those small screws are just the thing, arrived today along with a few new concho's, the small cross one I had on the sheath was a bit small for that flap cover, this one I think is about right, and at work we have 'Lotus Notes' and a thing called SameTime an intercompany chat tool so we can 'chat' between offices around the world in real time, most will have their status as "Available" since having this for years now, mine has always said "To Protect and Serve" as that is how I feel at work, my job falls in with customers as well as folks in the company searching for answers about parts and I'm usually the first go to guy, I do my best ;) So, this concho spoke to me...

It has amazing detail, very neat, thanks again for the tip to Springfield, never dealt with them but I'm sure I will be doing more business.

I remember a long while back - maybe 5 years. I used to open your threads, Gary, with a sense of foreboding. Your work is always so clean and well done that I worried, for good reason, that mine would not stack up. I feel in some ways I have gotten closer to your work in terms of cleanness and execution - but in many others I have a ways to go.

You are just one of those guys whose work I have always used as a form of yard stick to mine. I have always wanted to thank you for being that for me - something to aspire to as a craftsman - as well as your openness to teach others.

Thanks again - and as always - amazing case.

Jason, you do me honor sir and I do appreciate your kindness. Your sheaths are very cleanly made, just took a peek at some recent offerings of yours, very stylized, nice!

And wow, time sure does fly by, it is amazing how fast it goes, of course except when you are waiting in traffic...:)

It does fly. I had NO idea it had been 6 years since I started even trying to bend leather until it came up on one of those Facebook Memories. A post I made 6 years and two days ago said "I just found a place where I can buy leather and a book to learn how to make a sheath!".

I couldn't believe it.

Thanks for the compliment yourself sir.
