Wow EB, impressive set of rules there. And to think we just flipped the knife starting with the little finger and working thru t the thumb and then back again. First one to make it thru all the fingers and back wins. If the knife stuck you kept playing till you missed. Amazing how such a simple game can be so much fun and kill the hours.
