Yes folks, that's right! Recently I started a thread here praising Brian at Discountknives.com for giving customers like me the best of both worlds. Excellent prices and excellent service.

Well, once again I must praise him. The guy just goes out of his way to make sure that you're satisfied. Last week on Tuesday August 29th I ordered a Spyderco Starmate for myself and a Native and a Dragonfly for a friend. I figured it would take 6 days to get here, just like in the last order. I was getting a bit worried 'cause 6 days passed and no knives, yet I figured since Monday was a national holiday the Post Office screwed up.

Meanwhile I decided to place another order for some cleaning and sharpening material, plus a Spyderco Navigatorfor my buddy, last Tuesday September 1st. I screwed up that order 'cause I order the Navigator plain-edge instead or serrated as I wanted. Brian told me to just send it back and he'll replace it. Well, although the first order arrived today Saturday September 9, which was a total of 9 days (not counting Labor Day), SO DID THE SECOND ORDER, which in itself took just 4 days!!! Amazing service!!!! It seems this guy will go out of his way to send your order THE SAME DAY, and if not possible the next day before packages go out.

Oh, and by the way, the Spyderco Navigator plain-edge is so cool, that I've decided to keep it and make another order: 1 Dragonfly plain for me and that Navigator serrated I owe my friend

Amen. Brian is a good guy. Once he misread the order form I mailed him with a money order. It had quantity 2 instead of 1 (on some low price items) and I had written 2 sloppily and he only put one item inside it. I e-mailed him and he didn't even ask for any verification. I asked for store credit and he without any more questions gave it to me. I'm happy with my service from him. I even got a BM910 for under 80 bucks because of his 10% policy.

If he seems a little slow to reply to e-mails, it is because he has a large volume of business, but he will get back to you unless the e-mail was lost.
