My 100th Chris Reeve Knife...!!!..........And Counting :-)

I have to update this list, thanks for bumping it to the too. Will
Work on it this week and give my insight I to each. Up to 110 now.

i can't keep up! If I am ciphering correctly, I'v only gotten 7 knives to your 10 since your June 9 original post date...

I still gotta remind everyone that I do not have 110 CRK sitting here. Some were bought and sold, some were traded towards others, CRK & Other Brands. I really have no count as to what I do have actually as my collection is in different places. I do know that I have only ever lost ONE and I hope and pray that number never grows. Will update soon, I promise and will add the pics of em.

This thread got me like....

#82 Lone Wolfe. From this gentleman I bought 8 CRK from. This one and the "nyefmakers grails". All are pretty special.

You have that one listed as being very colorful, but this one has very little color. It got passed around a bit after you sold it, I have it now. I had been thinking it might be #65 on your list, but you didn't mention the BG-42.

It was more relaxing reading this thread then going to a spa...
Just an amazing gathering of CRK's

Yep, definitely #82. This was a user I bought off the gentleman I got the nyefmakers grails from. It did have BG-42 and looking at the design, it may have been done by Chris as it looks like his initial works with the UG. Only he would know for sure. I never saw it bouncing around the forums or I may have re bought it. I ended up with those 4 special ones and I was laid off at the time, so had to sell others to recoup. I think I did pretty good, but it's always hard letting a CRK go, especially the regulars. I did carry this one for a bit when I had it. Great little knife. Glad it found a good home.

Cool. It bounced around 3 times after you sold it, you can trace it easily, because it was sold here each time. I'm #3 bounce. I keep at my work, since I need something low keyed there. It needs a visit with a sharpening stone pretty bad, and I'd like to find someone who could anodize the graphics so give it some color. Cool little knife! It's probably my 100-120th CRK.

#%?!n'A. Doesn't even begin to describe the coolness of that collection. I think that makes the crk factory collection wet its pants. You have joined the short list of people I hope to aspire to be like when I'm older. I hope you have a prenup with your spouse because of that collection.

Wow.... and just WOW! Thinking back over the years I've had:
1) Large regular Sebenza
2) Small regular Sebenza that I won in a drawing
3) Large Classic
4) Small Classic
5) Original pivot Zaan
6) Mnandi
7) Small 21 Insingo
8) Large 21 Insingo
9) New style Zaan

Of those I still have #3-9 but 100!!! Just wow!!

Send it to the CRK spa, CRK will re-anodize the graphics and sharpen the blade. Will be like new after.

Thanks, Only got maybe half of them, but it's still an impressive number.

I didn't know they re-anodized, what do they charge for that?

I know when I talked to them in the past, they told me they could recolor worn graphics as part of the spa treatment. I believe cost is very minimal if any. I have a large stars and strips p sebenza that I want to get redone, but just haven't sent it in yet. Email Heather, she will give you more accurate info than I can, but I am positive they can redo it for ha.

Think I'll do just that. Trouble is, then I'll want to quit using it. :o
