I didn't want to beat the guy up if he changed his mind about doing the program. Just because it was easy and right for me doesn't mean it's right for everybody. But, even a simple, "No Interest!" would have been better than nothing.
I'm still on Eat To Live, I'm losing weight now for a family wedding. I'll never go back to eating like I used to. But, again that's just me.
