How easy is it to cleanly draw and resheath. It looks comfortable for carry...but maybe awkward to draw fast and resheath. Your thoughts?

very very easy to draw. Re-sheathing takes a little more effort but can be done one handed.

The way it seems to me, if you've decided to put it back, you're not likely to be in a hurry, so i don't much mind that.

Good point...I agree that this is mostly true. My problem is that when I'm jungle stompin/hiking I can't resist pulling it out every 30 min or so to whack at something. In don't have the AK, but I have the Waki... Very nice set up you have and thanks for the pics and insight.

if you like it, i have no doubt that Chuck can put you one together just like it. The baldric fits just as well on my rucki sheath.

it's not a real pain to put the blade back in. It's just a whole lot slower than drawing it. I can draw the blade in under a second, but it takes 10-15 seconds to re-sheath it.

This particular baldric was designed with SHTF in mind. I wanted to keep the blade off my belt and out of the way so that there would be room for my pistol, spare mag, knife and flashlight on my belt, but i wanted it immediately available for those moments when my glock goes "click" and the room still isn't friendly. For a casual walk in the woods... well, it'd do the job :)
