My Arkansas Show Knives.

Thanks fellows!

I will be finishing a damascus bowie with a 10" blade and Ironwood frame handle tomorrow or Monday that will be on display if I can get permission from it's owner.

Thanks for looking.

Here is a knife I donated to the show.

Here's how you can have a chance to win it. When someone buys a knife at the show the maker will fill out a ticket for the buyer to drop in a box. At 3:00 PM Sunday four tickets will be drawn from the box and the lucky ticket holder will receive this or one of three other knives that other makers have donated. The other donated knives are by Sam Butler, Rusty McDonald, and Ralph Richards. Here is a link to give you a little more info and pictures of the other donated knives, http://www.customknifecollectorsassociation.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=221

Here you go.

This fighter has a "Star Burst" pattern damascus blade, Blackwood handle with domed pins. The fittings are of German Silver. This is #63 of 68 knives I made before receiving my JS stamp.

Looking very good, Kyle.

Do you have a grinding jig for the integrals, or???

Thanks!

No I don't have a grinding jig for the integrals. I just ground it close with the flat platen and then cleaned it up with a 1/2" wheel and a 220 belt.

Beautiful work Kyle, I hope the weather doesn't keep me from getting to Little Rock, I look forward to seeing it up close.

The integral is really beautiful. I like how everything really flows together. I even like ebony on this knife (it's not usually a favorite of mine).

Love that first knife just as it is. A wonderful piece!!!

The Star Burst damascus on the second is a great pattern and always catches my eye.

Another wonderful job, as always .... I like a lot of these knives. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

I just finished a bowie that I could have on display, if my customer allows me to. If I can bring it I'll post it here tonight.

Thanks for looking,

Kyle
