My Arkansas Show Knives.

Hi Everyone!

I received permission from my customer that I could bring the following knife to the show for display.

It has a 10" blade of four bar "W" twist damascus. The frame, guard, spacer, pommel and pommel nut are of "W" twist damascus also. The handle is desert ironwood.

I am finishing up one more knife that will be for display only and after that I can work on finishing two or three other knives that will be available at the show. It doesn't help that I woke up with a flu this morning.:grumpy: I think I may be on the mend. I'll see if I can make it out to the shop tomorrow.

Kyle, thats one of the nicest knives I've ever seen. Put me down for one of those in the slot that you have allocated to me in September 2011. Wish that I could make it to Arkansas.

Oh man thats nice. Proportions seem to get better and better with your handles. I think these last few are some of your cleanest work.

Here is a knife I will be delivering to the show. It will be for display only.

The 6 1/4" blade is forged from 1080 and 15N20 in "W" Feather Pattern Damascus. The handle is Amber Stag. The fittings are of "W" feather damascus and German Silver. The spacer features "Vine and Thorn" pattern file-work. The overall length is 10 3/8".

I just finished another knife today that I will have available at the show. Caleb will photograph it tomorrow and I'll post it. I am also trying to finish a bowie up for the show. So we'll see if I can finish that also.

Another fabulous piece Kyle.
I really like a feather pattern where the feather's spine is so straight and centered with the blade.

Very nice execution.
 
Wow, someone will be very happy with that! Beautiful piece Kyle, the stag is phenomenal.
 
Kyle, really enjoyed the talk the other night and this stag piece is equally as stunning as the others. The integral is still my favorite, love those crisp lines.
 
Each addition is another exceptional piece Kyle. With everything i've seen posted, that show should be OUTSTANDING!

Here is a knife I will have available at the show. The 6 1/8" blade is forged from 1080 and 15N20 in "W" Feather Pattern Damascus. The handle is Fossil Walrus Ivory. The fittings are "W" Feather Damascus also. The spacer features a 24K gold inlay.

I am working on one last knife for the show that will be a bowie with an 8 3/4" 5160 blade, oval guard and ironwood handle. I will try to have it finished for the show. I will have the bowie at the show finished or not.
