of course a little help from ole Dad...we just finished it up , could use a little more work but 2:00 am is coming soon it's 9:38pm here right now..simple but usable ..
303 liners, jigged bone, 154CM Blade of course:) 1095 leaf spring for the lock

I'd be right happy to carry that myself. Well done!

We wish you a safe and successful deployment, "Oldest Boy" Gray! (You coulda told us his name, "Proud Father" Gray!;))

i like that cable housing cutter. that would have come in handy years ago when we had to make all them network cables. tell your son to have a good deployment and cant wait to see some of his future work.

Looks darned good to me! Here's hoping your boy has a safe deployment.

Please tell him Thank you for his service and stay safe.

HI Guys Thanks
I'll send the message.. we just got back from the airport seeing him off it's
snowing and it's messy as He!! here. he called as soon as he landed in Boston the first layover..

Mike his name is Scott. :)
I should have mentioned his deployment is to AZ to guard the Border not really that bad a duty, I guess? other than facing the drug runners with out guns..the border patrol are using them as extra eyes..
.. I didn't mention that the blade is ~2" long and the hollow grind was on a 2 1/2" wheel..

he had a fair amount of help with this one:) ..it's also my first time playing with a lock back..slip joints and Liner locks I've done..this was a pretty easy one to do...
thanks

thanks guys..

I didn't mention
see the placements of the screws, a little forethought, we were going to put Bolsters on front
and back but knew we wouldn't have time..so you might have guessed it now, when he gets back that's next,, :)
