My experience with CS Customer Service

I ordered a Cold Steel knife which was delivered on May 20, 2009. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong size knife.

I immediately called CS, and was told that UPS would pick up the package and get it back to CS free of charge to me. UPS got the package a few days later, and it arrived back at CS on May 28, 2009.

Even with the Memorial Day weekend, I received the correct knife from CS on June 2, 2009. Again delivery was by UPS.

The customer reps I spoke to were all polite, and I was impressed how fast the exchange was handled.

I bought 4 battle axes from them last year and the heads showed up without handles for 2 weeks. Called their CS. and they send 4 more handles to me. In 2 days both sets of handles showed up and they did not want one set back, it was nice to see immediate restitution and they took the slack for postal mistakes.
