Yeah man! I haven’t had the pleasure to talk to Mark Carey yet but I’m sure he is a stand up guy as well. He shares the exact name with my uncle on my mother’s side. I thought my uncle was sending me a package when I got the email. Lol

I’m still kind of in shock, crazy fast! The fact they sent me a check to reimburse shipping cost was the cherry on top.

Lol makes sense. I really really like my Harsey! It’s got that “bank Vault” feel and fits my hand like it was designed for me. I wish I would have pulled the trigger a long time ago. I would have saved some money on other knives.

The Harsey is on PB washers. It’s got a very fast break in period. I’ve had mine since Friday and it’s “fallshutty”. The Pallas is melted popcorn buttery smooth (on bearings)
 
I had the Pallas for a while and I agree about it being a quality knife. I just wish it wasn’t so thick behind the edge. It was ground like a large fixed blade.

Glad to hear you like it though.

I sent mine to Bryce (TLESharpening on BF). Petunia D. Feeble Petunia D. Feeble is an awesome guy with ridiculously affordable pricing for a perfect mirror edge.

Pretty sure I need to sharpen that paisley Harsey. Turnaround may be a little slower than usual:D

I've almost pulled the trigger in an Akribis a few times. This thread makes me want to start the search again.:mad:

I handled the akribis I like it, but love the Harsey and Pallas. Lmao it’s definately going to have to come see you. Really thick grind.
 
I was just looking at these knives on USA Blade right now and I really like them. I noticed one in a carry thread a few days ago and was blown away by the looks of the knife. It's great to know the company not only makes a great product but also stands behind what they sell.

They are awesome!! The watch is also Spartan Blades in the pic above.
 
I like the watch. I crushed the glass bezel and hands on my way watch tonight installing my kids car seat.

Kind of sad. I still have my Timex :(

I realize I carry durable items for a reason . I'm a brute. Now I need a brute watch.
 
I wore a g-shock forever for that very reason. I have three of them. I recently went from car sales management to health insurance advisor and sir at a desk most of the day.
 
My 10 year old son and I went by their table at the Blade Show last year just so I could ogle some of their wares. (I really like the Harsey folder myself) We talked for a bit and then to my surprise they very kindly gave my son a very neat Spartan Blades baseball cap. Really nice guys.
