The bolsters are hidden pinned using split roll pins, and then glued w/loctite speedbond 325.

The damascus bolsters are dovetailed. Not dovetailed like you are probably used to seeing the term used but....... Here: http://www.knifenetwork.com/workshop/tut_dovetail_cowles.shtml
