MY FIRST BABY and it’s a ….RAT RC-6!!!!!!

I am currently at work, i will post pictures and a some first thoughts about the blade later tonight.

Nice. I want to get a 6 next but I just want to first see what the rat 10 will be like.

Let us know how the 6 does. Chop some stuff and take some pics.

Congrats Crowdog!! Very cool of RAT to do that. Just another showing of what good folks they are!

I am extremely pleased with the overall size and weight of this blade; it is very well balanced and feels very nice in the hand. I was worried it would be too large, although it seems to have just the right amount of blade length to really accomplish most if not all tasks I would need it for. The handle shape and size is really the crowning feature of this knife in my opinion. It is more ergonomically fitting to those like me with wide hands. The RC-3 and its smaller handle was something that took getting used to and ultimately worked for me, but I had to really use it a bit to get a feel for it. As where with the RC-6; right when picking this blade up I felt within control of it and not questioning my purchase upon the grip. The scales are like gripping onto locktight, you are going to be less likely to experience slippage with the texture and shape of this handle. The grips wave convexed taper really sinks into your palm. The overall thickness of this blade is quite impressive as well; this thing is a tank to say the least! I just really have the urge to reenact that seen from predator when Arnold throws his knife into an opposing soldier and sticks him to a support beam within the hut. LOL “stick around.” I feel with this blades superior quality and girth, “for lack of a better word” no concerns for its ability to perform in all conditions and last through the worst of it and most likely fair quite a bit better than I.:D This is one tough sun of a bitch! For real!:thumbup:

I think the RC6 would be great for me, i'm also ordering one.
The RC-3 MIL that i have it to small for my hands.

My hand from right after the thumb down across the palm measures in at 4.25 wide.
I still feel as though i have room, so if your hand is any way similar in size you should feel great with the handle.

Get this blade in a hurry, you are not going to be disappointed!:D:D
