My first experience with DLT Trading

I recently became a DLT customer as well, getting my first Hinderer XM-18 from them (blue G10 battle black slicer). Love it! Was so happy I ordered a swedged spear black and blue G10 working finish XM-24 as well! Both shipped immediately and came quickly and were perfect out of the box, couldn't be happier!
Also just got a Kabar Dogs Head as well, again a great experience. So I can say DLT is one of my preferred shops now!
 
Big fan here as well.:thumbsup:
All except every time I visit the site their exclusives for some reason always burn big holes in my pocket.:rolleyes:;)
 
My many sales experiences with DLT Trading have been 100% positive, and given that Blade HQ has fallen down, they "officially" are my go to website now, despite the fact that they've actually been that way for awhile now. I can't remember the last thing I bought from BHQ. Unlike BHQ, DLT actually ships stuff out when you buy it, they don't stall, sit around, organize a sock drawer, or finally get around to cleaning out the garage before sending your knife out. You pay, that day or the next LATEST you have a shipping notice.
 
I have ordered several knives from DLT, they shipped quickly and good communication too.
I will buy in future and definitely refer DLT to family/friends.
 
I have purchased multiple knives from DLT, and have been thoroughly impressed every time! They ship promptly, and communicate well. I will continue to purchase from them, without hesitation.
 
DLT lists (and features a picture & bio of) Abby the dog as part of their Team on their website. Years ago I was looking for an online dealer and came across DLT. What sold me way back then, was the dog! What has kept them as my online go-to seller of choice for all these years is their terrific service and inventory. Never been disappointed.

She really is here everyday, a very important part of the DLT Trading family!
 
Bought my first purchase from DLT recently, had to be shipped OS and not an issue. I always ask myself one question about a company/business or any kind of service, it is my litmus test. Would i use them or buy from them again? DLT- absolutely.:thumbsup::)

Well come on... How about a few pictures for those of us who haven't met Abby? Don't be a tease, I absolutely love shop dogs... And all dogs in general for that matter.
 
In all seriousness though, one of the best parts of joining the community for me has been discovering new dealers. And DLT is one that has impressed me from the get go. Most excellent company.

very good dealer. one of my favorites and they do some nice Buck exclusives which I like as well.

on the laser engraving of the dealers name for the exclusive victorinox.....not my preferred, but nice down the road to know where it came from.

not an issue for you as you'll likely remember, but labeling isn't such as bad thing as we see posts of who did this run and where did it come from on exclusive years later. heck I have exclusives I forgot where I got them. so there is a good side to labeling. kinda like steel labeling. I like this as I forget which is which sometimes after i got to many knives...plus I'm getting old and the old memory ain't as good as it used to be.
 
The engraving on the Exclusive Victorinox models is a requirement from Victorinox, without the logo the knife wouldn't be available. From DLT Trading's description on the Alox Cadet:

I'm late coming to this thread, but I'll add my "thumbs up" to DLT as well :thumbsup:. I've ordered several times from them over the years and everything has always been 100% correct and on time!
