My first Kephart Knife...

Nice job. True, rubber gloves save the darkened fingers. :D Another trick to finishing around the edges is to burnish with a piece of deer antler. Smooths and removes the roughness along the edge.

That's a nice looking knife. I like the sheath a lot. Especially how you got it to 'click' into place. Very cool.
 
Great looking Kephart and good job on the sheath too,

if that's all the dye you got on your finger's good job, I usually get dye all over everywhere if I don't wear rubber gloves
