And guys, please don't forget that I'm still a complete newbie here on this forum, so give me a chance to get to know you and the environment here, see what's going on, what's okay and what's not okay, etc...

Since you have a degree in psychology, you should have known that you would face some criticism coming on the largest knife forum in the world claiming that your favorite knife brand is the best in the world and all other knife makers leaves a 'bitter taste' in your mouth.
Even still, I think that you were treated pretty good here considering.

Hi Ladies & Gentlemen 😉 my brothers and sisters knife fanatics !!! We all know long ago - centre of our planetary system is not a sun , it's a knoife!!! And BIG DAMN SHINY KNOIFE 🤣

I am here TO GREET new member GrayBear who probably joined B-forums same time as me as new member over here...had briefly scouted entire problem here ,,, which is not a problem at all so would love to give one msg to each side of it with hope it may help to calm down each party on their edge 😉

GreyBear - welcome on board of same ship (I joined yesterday) - I see you are very enthusiastic about particular Knife Maker ( Brand ) that you very happy with ! That's very good and satisfying feeling for each of us when we are mesmerised by some knife! I get you and know the feeling brother trust me !!!!

However

What suits to you doesn't have to necessary fit the bill for others-remember this - we are all human beings and individuals with very specific needs and expectations ,,, in other words don't try to convince your choice is the best to the people who make the knives themselves,,,,who use the knives and have experience & knowledge about knives you can never imagine.....simply never became FANATIC about your particular choice with knives...Once you became FANATIC you loose perception of reality and easily stop learning and going forward because your brain refuse to take another new data that may benefit to you ...

On the other hand msg to those who got upset here - meaning you are here longer,,,you claim to have more experience and such ,,, those who got upset about GreyBear obsession with DUSTAR knives - please guys and gals he is new member here same as me 1 day ,,, have some understanding for GreyBear passion for what he likes and that he is convinced his choices are the best and is only very enthusiastic to speak his mind and experience! After all he LOVES THE KNIVES AND IS PASSIONATE ABOUT THEM AS WE ALL ARE !!!

This isn't Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, that I have nothing to do with BTW. We can disagree here without getting 'upset'. And frankly, I don't remember anyone getting upset in this thread. Welcome to the forum.
