My first show experience, AG Russell 2010

Nice meeting you at the show today Tim.Nice pics, too.Tomthebaker also had goodies today, and we were all getting fat(er).

I love the blade shape of that BWM. I'm not a fan of recurves but other than that it looks very good. I may even try to add that clip to mine.

also jealous of your scores!! you know how i love the satin and bruiser much like you do!!

Tim, saw the MNSFNOs and ones that looked like ASH1 varients?? were there any SFNOS there???

I'm dying at a chance to have been able to go and get a SFNO there if there were any???

plmn Jeff

I saw 3 satin sabre ground ones...bet they went quickly though. Check tomthebaker's "a g russell!!" thread for more pix.

EDIT: My bad... they are FSH's, not SFNO's. :o

Love the look of the two Silent Knight knives to the left of the Battle Pappy in the 2nd pic.

A whole table of goodness there. Thanks for taking the time to grab some pics. Nice scores to .

If I'm not mistaken, they're both BWM variants. One has a very cool V shaped skullcrusher pommel, and that one really does have that SK look with the grind on its blade. :)

Man Tim that's a pretty awesome score you got there. That Zilla's way too  and that Mistress is sweeeet too. Congratulations and thanks for the pics.:thumbup:

It was a tough call, but not all of my knives are Blue/Black and the section that isn't sharpened and allows for a good baton point was the deciding factor on practicality. Plus, with as expensive as it was (think 5 B11's at ganza pricing) any additional help to keep it within sight out in the woods doesn't hurt my peace of mind one bit.

5 B11's at ganza price :eek::eek:

WOW!, how much was the Battle Pappy pre-order?

Jeff, the only SFNO left yesterday at day's end was the red/black variant to the right of the nuclear ASH1. Don't recall the price though. I know you like them and the bruisers. I was surprised at how much Blue/Black there was yesterday... more than I could afford unfortunately, but some nice stuff to say the least. Especially the TTKZ.

Jaxx, you are absolutely correct about them being BWM variants, not SK's.

In INFI math, a little less than a BWM LE straight from Busse, if that helps without me giving away info I don't know if I am clear to give. A little research will give you a good ballpark number.

Good catch. A harpoon tip and a very stabby one with a spiky butt. Combining the two would produce a hell of a fighter.

Okay, that does give a ball park number, thanks

some $$ ##'s are showing in my pics in my ag russell thread., Show prices were pretty outstanding, much better than I anticipated!

Many thanks Tim and Garth for all your help .... I managed through Tim and Garth to sort out getting the BBDC/ Nuclear KZ :cool::thumbup:

For my purposes the none glare aspect of that one is a real bonus ..... and it is the lightest of those available .... so man am I a happy bunny :D:D:D

No better service exists then that given by Busse :thumbup:
