Congratulations !

I have 2 Elishwitzes ( a damascus Striker & an Ares). They're fantastic. Smooth as silk action and fantastic liners by the way. Miner lock up like Fort Knox - not something guaranteed with all custom-folders.

Best wishes, Staffan

Adam, you are just going to trade it for something with Damascus next.

Then...

I hope to gat a demascus blade with bolster lock soon.

Looks like we'll be seeing the Stryker on the for sale forums soon.

Congratulations for your purchase and I hope this is only the first of many other who still will come.
I still can remember when I got my first custom - a 12" 420 stainless blade tanto in shira saia mountings by knifemaker antal bodolay - wich I have sold and bough back later! - but when I got it there was no other knife lovers around I could talk to, unfortunately.

Now THAT, would suck.

If only I didn't still have a love for customized Benchmades and other semi-production folders like the W.H. carbon fiber Spear Point.

I'm sorry to say, but that pic looks like CRAP!!! Compaired to the actual thing. Holy cow...this baby is awesome! Perfect. Does anyone know what the #5 stamped in the liner is for? -AR

Congratulation Jackyl. I have a Black TI Ares that is an absolute work of art. Allen is a true artist.

Not only did he get my knife, now he goes and bad mouths my pics.

Although, Jackyl is right the scan truly does not do the knife justice.

Take care,

Ray S.

Hehehe...sorry Ray, just tryin' to get my point across. You know, it just feels different...it has a human touch to it, not a machine's. -AR

Hi Jackyl,
I am glad to hear that you love the knife. The #5 is to make sure that all the Striker parts for that particular knife are kept together. Nothing is worst than putting together a blade and liners that do not match!
Have a knife weekend!

Thought so...thanks!!! -AR
