I have been busy lately, selling my home in Vegas, finding a place to rent in the mean time and starting to develop my future home site in the hills of Southern Utah. I'm 1/5 owner of the family ranch in Utah and after 30 years or so I finally picked out 6 acres along the Santa Clara river to call my own! It's been a long time coming, and I have a long way to go, but at least I'm making progress! and I am set up to spend every weekend I can on the ranch.

"Busse Content" a little German Brown from the back yard last week end.

"There are those who DO, and those that woulda', coulda', shoulda'". Congrats on having the fortitude to pursue your dream; I wish you continued success and progress!!!...;):thumbup:

Thanks, it's my heaven on earth, pulling in last weekend I had five wild turkeys in front of me, quail and cottontail all over the place and two forked horn mule deer, greeting me in the morning as I was making coffee.

color me jealous :)
Any of the family want to give up their 1/5th let me know :)

Sweet! I'm very jealous. Just make sure you keep the pictures coming, especially as you start building. You have to share with the rest of us who aren't in a position to do anything quite like this just yet.

Fantastic! Congrats on the homestead. Looks like a great place to spend the rest of your life.

Well done! Great looking place...

You have a beautiful daughter and have made an EXCELLENT choice of companion's for her. Any likely suitor will have to pass your muster... and theirs. :D I like that.

You've grabbed your piece of the American dream. Enjoy it!

.

When you've finished the house ... I can pop over and look after the trailer :D

There we go .

The American dream. Get a piece of land and do what you want with it ( no wierdo compounds though pls lol )

Congratulations on everything and have fun living your dream. It may ( will ) be hard work at times, but you will be ok. Espeically with family relatively close to help .

I'm thinking "House warming party" . . . . :D

I'll bring the scotch and a slightly worn out liver!

Beautiful homesite!

Congrats,

Jerry :D
