My Honey's Anniversary Present

I think they are a laminated stock. It is just made from wood that is dyed pink.

Looks like you are a lucky man!

The question is: If you needed a .22 but couldn't use one of your own and had to borrow one, would you be seen with that one???:D

It reminds me a little of a pink portable concrete mixer I saw on a construction site in VA. I thought, well, if it ever gets stolen, they probably won't have too hard a time finding it since it's probably the only one.

That's awesome!! Sadly my wife doesn't like guns. I've never been able to get to the bottom it it other than getting the answer "I just don't like them". Too many bad cop shows as a kid for her I guess, hehe.

Oh well, sorry to ramble. Happy Anniversary!!!!!

Why, Brian! Happy Anniversary! Speaking as a lady, I'd have to say that the pink Ruger is a most thoughtful gift--wish my BF would be sensitive enough to get me the PURPLE version (yes, there is one!) Great way to spend a day in the woods with the family, sir! :)

I would love it if my wife had any interest at all in shooting. She has made it clear that if she gets the chance, she will sell off all my guns and knives.

Nice, you can't go wrong with a 10/22, I've got 2 & getting ready to order one more ( 1- sporter model for me / 2-carbines for the twins )

My wife is a hunter/shooter and has been since we were kids. I have known her since she was six and I was nine.

Woman wants pink gun, woman gets pink gun. No conflicts there! Congrats on the anniversary.

Oh, and Pink clashes with anything not Pink, so she does need a new hunting jacket. :D

10/22's make perfect gifts. I gave away 2 before I bought one for myself. Nothing is more fun than goin' through a brick of .22lr. And remember:
Ruger's
Are
Tough!

Lucky for me all three of my daughters and my wife are shooters. I taught all of them with a Ruger Single Six, and moved them up from there. When each one of the daughters moved out, I bought each one a S&W 19 as a "housewarming" present. My wife has her own Glock 17, and my youngest daughter has a Glock 22 as her duty weapon, and a Glock 27 as her backup.

Oh, by the way, Happy Anniversary, Brian,it looks like you have a wonderfull family!

John

Happy anniversary Brian. You picked an awesome day for a woods outing. Saturday was a textbook perfect Michigan Fall day!

Hi Brian and family great looking pics. That is a cool looking rifle Kathy said to me.
It sure would be easy to see if set down or dropped while running from what ever LOL
Happy Anniversary to the both of you.

Bryan

Cool rifle that your wife has. Good for you getting it for her. I really like those Ruger 10/22. Had to sell mine off a few years ago. Still miss the thing. (I need to get another)
Luckily my wife is into guns and knives also. She is not into pink but I might have to see about getting her a purple Ruger. I've even seen a AR-15 with pink furniture. I wonder who made them and do they make other colors? I would like to get my wife an AR-15 that was customized for her.

LOL
That is awesome!!!

Happy Anniversary, many more!

Awesome 10/22, very cool:cool: Great that you can get the whole family out. I think it is very important to teach our children that guns and knives are tools and not weapons...tough in this days society.

Take Care
Craig
