My humble collection

I think that handle material is either old school green linnen, or possibly snakeskin.

There was a run of the green linnen that looked like that.

It is close to Snakeskin, which was my first thought, but I don't see any red in it.

Bigfattyt: there's no red in it at all. Just shades of dark and light almost yellow... Wish I could post up a better pic.

No worries, that's how we all started. I'm sure you'll end up with a piece of infi someday. Heck maybe you'll get lucky and score a huge one-off piece that everyone will envy :D:D
 
Nice collection, duramax. Looks like the red on your BJ is darker than mine. Like that. Would like to try an SFNO but hardly ever see one for sale - except for expensive custom models. Just a user CG would be great...;-)
 
Timmy... I KNOW that collection of yours has ebbed and flowed, but I think you have a good plan buddy!!! Always nice to have all the bases covered!!!!
 
I'm going to list a couple coming up. Once I do some due diligence on pricing. Also, I need to figure out such mid sized blade to keep. I have my chopper, and my tiny blade. Can't decide on the rest. Oh well. I'll post up a wts once I figure it out. In "two weeks"? Haha

Thanks !! Yeah I thought it was a tad darker myself but WTH red is red lol. The SFNO and NMSFNO are at the top of my favorite list, the first time I saw a SFNO sent me looking for BUSSE COMBAT !!!!

Very nice, sweet blades you have there !!! That SAR looks great !!!! Great little blade, I've got one in satin with black paper I believe. It's been sitting second to my AMS combat grade.

I think the NMSFNO might be the one to fill that slightly larger than medium middle slot for me.

I have the Garth version but would much rather acquire a user than sullying up that one. Would also prefer picking up a used one as the overall grip width is a touch wide and would sand it down given the chance.
 
Also like, and don't see many come up for sale, are those green bladed B'kins...;-)

I smiled when I first saw it. It looks almost just like mine, but yours looks better :thumbup:

I'm sure there's lots of them in the world. I usually don't strip the ricasso, but I like the way these came out
 
Hey tht. did you put the basic11 or bwm against your anni mistress. just wondering why that was your keeper? I have never held one.
 
It fit my hand the best, and was very well balanced. Felt lighter in hand than a bushwhacker mistress that I owned at one point. I still own a basic 11. I put a smacking on it today too. Worked it over good. :')

Battoned through some seasoned oak. Gave it a good old school pounding
