My knives are getting smaller and stiffer

That looks like a handy little knife!

I did the modification last evening. Still needs some finishing, but the results were interesting. Now it has more point, the shape is like a Nessmuk knife. Pictures when I'm ready.

Here's a small fixed blade I purchased from AG Russell years back. It was billed as a back pocket knife at the time. The sheath had an extra piece of leather so it wouldn't shift in your back pocket. I cut that part off since I usually just dropped it into a coat pocket or something. I not know if AG still offers these or not. Handy little blade though. Gets sharp as a scapel.

The Woodswalker, yes. Must be a very nice knife, allthough I think I would prefer something a bit more stout.

By the way, I just spent 1,5 hours sharpening my knives with a waterstone, freehand. Oh the joy when they could easily cut hair from my arm. During the pagan age high-ranking people were sometimes buried with sharpening stones. I think it was to show that they were masters of steel.

I have one of those. They do still sell them, and in my opinion they're a heck of a deal for the asking price. That reminds me, I could use a couple more of these...
