And i can see why, and so you should be. Beautiful cutlery, and a fitting family story and history to go with it. So glad you took the time to share.seemed to get a pretty positive reception. I'm thrilled.
Nice Knife!... but sorry there is a 100,000 post minimum to qualify for purchase. Better get on it!
I may have to retire so I can start up my knife dealer business! lolA run of 300 or so sounds like a good plan. Are you ready to take preorders now or did you want to wait until the morning?
Thank you Jack, I'm happy to share with the group as long as they are entertained. What a fantastic idea, well doneI always enjoy hearing about your family's maple syrup adventures

That will never get old. I just picture somebody going around blade show stopping for 1 second in front of each table to say "Nice Knife" and then move on to the next one. "Building up a reputation"Nice Knife!
I might start watching TV, just in case you decide to start doing maple syrup adverts Carl!Thank you Jack, I'm happy to share with the group as long as they are entertained.![]()
I think my fam would be pretty entertaining to follow around with cameras. My one crazy uncle who we mostly try to stay away from will walk around a tree with 4 buckets to dump the sap, and go around the tree twice to check 8 buckets before he is convinced he can move along to the next tree. Even if there is snow on the ground where he can see his own footprints!I might start watching TV, just in case you decide to start doing maple syrup adverts Carl!![]()

We all roll our eyes and keep our heads down.
The family have enough true short stories about him to fill volumes.LOL!Every family has an uncle like that I think!

Thanks Matt. As you said, I wanted something high-end for the family to have as an heirloom, and these were perfect. I'm fortunate to have the opportunity.Very coolRookie82 , fantastic story, beautiful knife, really the creation of a family heirloom. Its great that the Daniels family can step in and make this possible.
