Jon I just looked at the pic I have of your knife with that cocobolo wood for the scales and I just about posted apic of it. LOL But I will hang in there to like you and wait for you to do it on your Birthday. How many days left ? I am getting edgy just waiting to. LOL

Mine has your handle shape longbow!!!! When I saw yours, I fell in love! :thumbup:
I was gonna go osage too but decided to make a few changes with the scales, pins and length so I wasn't a total copy cat! ;)

I hope you like yours, as much as I like mine. Still havn't had it out to do any real evaluation of the knife, but just playing with it in the back yard, I can tell you that it works very well for me and has, right out of the box. The handle shape allows a safe grip, while choking up on the blade and is comfortable and secure during hard use, like chopping up a Christmas tree for the fireplace, which will be part of my evaluation when I get the time to do it.:thumbup:

Farnsrocket, bring the knife to work. I will take pictures for everyone to see. We will just have a Mod ban you from this thread so you can't see the pictures. :D

Maybe he can give his first impressions of it on this thread and I can get a feel for how it looks!!! :D
 
LOL, I was thinking the same thing Bryan. I can't wait to see his. I love his handle wood on recurve and longbows, so it's probably awesome as a knife handle.
