Tanner, great looking sheath. There's just something about dark stained leather that makes it look great. I also went the separate belt idea on some of my sheaths, works out great. Just grab the knife you want & the belt and away you go . . .
Good looking rig, great looking craftsmanship. Hope you enjoy it.
Be safe.

Love the sheath, scout carry is my preferred method, though I've never carried a 9inch blade that way! Great idea about the belt too, hawk loop, survival tin pouch, might have to steal that idea someday for myself!

I think he likes it :D:thumbup:

Just let me know what else you want, and I'll make it for ya.

TThe loose idea I have formulating in my head is to add a few implements to the belt to make it a multi-use bushcraft belt. Just trying to figure out what. My idea is to add a hawk loop on one side, and give Nick the width of the belt and see if he can make a "sheath" of some sort to hold an altoids-sized tin like what you put in a BK7-9 sheath. Dont want to overload it till it becomes a police duty belt. The Hawk loop will be able to either serve as a hawk holder, or a place to attach a locking biner with survival redundancy items attached. Got a few other ideas...need to sketch them out. Needless to say, I'll be putting Nick back to work soon.

Can't wait to see this evolve, keep us updated. You do realize it will never be complete, don't you?
