I like it.

The one change I would suggest would be to consider smoothing out the bumps on the longer marks - at first, I thought it looked like someone was trying to draw a line by overlapping a bunch of circles. If you make is smaller for a knife, that part might look like an error?

Have you tried it with smooth lines there?

If you need me to, I can mock up what I mean and post it...

Go with the chicken foot, but keep the name too. It is hard to look up a chicken foot to see who made the knife. Whatever you decide post an example in the sticky on makers marks and I will add it to the data base on maker's marks.
