My Randall is not for sale!

I don't have a Randall, but may I sell one of my Daniel Winklers in this thread?

terse (tûrs)
adj. ters·er, ters·est
Brief and to the point; effectively concise: a terse one-word answer.

Might I suggest you pay the $10 fee to change your username?

I am new too. Just got a little warning on sale thread Yesterday for chatter. To other newbies chatter is talking about something other than explicit questions concerning sale of knife.

The fella was no nice.

I apologized profusely and was given instructions on everything I did't know or understand, and I am a non-paying member.

Thanks to MOD and forum.

They have even been more than accomadating to you than deserved.

So Ken, could you please tell me where on your forum one might learn the market of a used Randall knife when you are not selling a Randall knife? The question is much like inquiring about a stock you own without any intention of selling it. Not sure right where the content should be placed in any free section as a non paying member.

Hello,
The real answer to your question is that there is no magic bullet forum where you can come and get a fast answer with no real investment of your time and effort. I suggest you do like most people and spend the next 24 months or so, a few hours each day, visitng this and other knife websites getting a feel for the market. After that, you might narrow down the forums you want to really participate in. This will also help you understand the complex and ever changing market for knife sales in general.

There is a very easy, quick, and accurate way to guage the market on a Randall or any other knife, or any other collectable item for that matter, and it's much better than getting someones opinion on a message board, and it's already been suggested in this thread.

I have been curious about the Randall market, as well. It seems that there are very many auctions for them on eBay, but few sales on the Exchange here. Why is that?

Life is full of mysteries, and many questions can be asked and answered on one or another of the many forums here. This forum is for BladeForums.com Service and Support.

This is just a guess but maybe they're too cheap to spring for a BFC membership. ;)

Cuz...we's all a buncha cheap azz knife ho's that done spent hour monies elsewhere, an' ain't got no mo...well, for the most part...

That, and the fact that eBay seems to have a much broader market for some items...such as Randall knives ;)

knife hunter, there's a big difference between posting in the wrong forum (easily correctable) and suffering from diarrhea of the keyboard (almost always chronic).

Welcome to Bladeforums, and thanks for supporting the site.
