My sheath for my Sw has a crack where the spine of the knife would b, and i am wondering how to fix this so it has a tighter fit (its a necker).

By the way its a one peice.

How aboy crazy gule.... ????

Let's wait for someone skilled with kydex to chime it as I do not want you to make it any worse if I am wrong.

But I am thinking with a heat gun or very carefully with an open flame.

But, again, let's wait to make sure.

I am not sure about the melting together.
To get it that hot would warp the rest of the sheath badly.
I would go with the super glue.

Would really need a picture to give the best advice...

Thanks! :o Maybe give it a para cord wrap too for extra support?

well heres a link of the sheath that i got (its at the bottom)

the crack is half a inch down the "spine" of the sheath

EDIT: theres no where down the sheath where the crack is to wrapp the para cord so it would stay.

EDIT AGIAN...: maybe if i cut a natch on the sheath...

Tyrkon, you need to show Blood Grooves how to make a custom sprinkler head sheath as a replacement! :D

Oh geeeeeze! Okay then.

LOL -- There's just some strange beauty about it that draws me to it:p

Now Blood Grooves - these backyard sheaths may not look like much, but this is what you need.

My own PVC creation is holding up beautifully.
