Is it Friday already...??? Madden the Megladon wishes all you sharks good luck this afternoon.

Sounds like we will definitely be home by Sunday barring any weird circumstances. Madden continues to do really really well and is getting his pacing wires and chest tube out in about an hour. He had a great breakfast today which was his first real meal since dinner Tuesday and has a lot more energy. Other than only having about three hours of broken sleep throughout the night there are no complaints here. Thanks again for the prayer power!

Keep updating us Justin. I'm going to make him a special knife. Do you think he'll make Blade Show at all this year?

Andy, your graciousness knows no bounds! I would love nothing more than to bring him to meet everyone that is making the pilgrimage to Blade, but he is going to need to be in quarantine for 3-4 weeks once we get home and his breast bone needs 4-6 weeks to heal back together before he can start doing "boy" things again and considering he took me down to the floor and I spent some time carrying him over my shoulder last year he'll have to miss this year's event.
 
It is awesome to see Madden smiling and doing so well. The Lord heard the chorus of prayers here and blessed Madden with a successful procedure. Thanks Justen for sharing the updates and pictures with us.

Chest tube and pacing wires are out! He'll be monitored for the next two hours and if there are no changes in vitals he will be disconnected from everything and he'll be flying solo.

Madden it's great to see you smiling! You're amazing little man. I and my kitties are so happy for all of you. All four of them are all sitting next to me and started purring when I told them how well you are doing today. I continue to send prayers for you and your family.

I just saw this thread... I have two young daughters and they are my everything. The fact that there are children out there dealing with stuff like this breaks my heart. I am glad to hear that your son is doing well. Late Prayers coming from my neck of the woods!
 
It's official. We are going home tomorrow am after a final checkup and X-ray. Two days ahead of schedule.
