My weekend..

I love RPGs. I play about 3 months out of the year doing all nighters. With so many kids, we have XBox 360, PS3, PS2, and the Wii. We regulate time on games and TV, but I prefer music on. Anyhow the PS3 was a gift from my 2 older sons along with the God of War trilogy. I am waiting on my Christmas gift from my wife, Final Fantasy XIV. Can't wait. A game that always made me think of how cool it would be to have INFI was called "Vagrant Story". You found items and then would combine them to make all kinds of weapons and armor. My wife is a "Civ" junkie and my youngsters love sports and the new "Skylanders" on the Wii.
Anyhow, I come from the time of PONG and then easily moved on to Atari. I miss Battle Tanks.
Games are great in the Northwet part of the year, but I still prefer outdoors.

Way to keep this thread on topic Tim. :)

I got Skyrim for Christmas too and I've put a lot of time into it!!! High elf necromancer. I conjure minions to fight for me and I don't even wield a weapon.

I am trying to learn more magic, I hope to have minions fight for me someday because I am terrible at swinging blades..bad aim when I freak out.

COD is the only game that I have and that I play so I have no idea what all these other games are even about . hmmm a Busse Combat clan on COD?.....(FFBM) or (ASH1) or.. Anyone on here that is on MW3, my user name is wolfdad2 -

Amy, I hear you on the atari. Those were the best little joysticks too.

Hello,

my name is Newazzkikr and I came here to say that I am Battlefield 3 addict.

If you want to see my profile click on the following link: http://bf3stats.com/stats_pc/Newazzkikr

In case you haven't heard about this game, here is a link to the trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7GVSx7yMaA

The best FPS (First Person Shooter) in my opinion. It is AWESOME.

I used to get my az handed to me by a guy with that name on Half-life 2 Deathmatch online... sadly at my very best his kill ratio to mine was 3:2, but I did alright with magnum headshots. :D

No online gaming for me anymore due to being on satellite internet, but I sure get a lot of other things done now. :p I still play single player when time permits.

**UPDATE**

I am finished with this game I am giving up. I was very disappointed when my PS3 froze up on me after spending an hour in a dark cave fighting skeletons off one after another. I broke out in a sweat with the difficulty and intensity of this mission. I lost everything after the freeze. Im done with the nerd life...maybe I should move onto something like mountain climbing. I will start with the big hill the kids in town sled down as thats the closest thing to a mountain in NW OH. Wish me luck.
