Myright Jr's first trip to the woods !!!

I took the day off today to hit the trails for the first time with my 11 week old son. My wife, dog and I took him out for his first trip.

It was a short trip through a state forest near us. The weather was great and so was the scenery. It's muzzel loader season right now so we stuck to the trails and the side that is marked as "NO SHOOTING" .

We were only out for a couple hours and was great to get out and stretch our legs.

The water is down pretty low

Make sure you stay on the "right" side of the signs.

The handle on that knife is awesome. I wish it was about an inch or so longer so my pinky would be able to rest comfortably on it, but it works great. Especially in front pocket carry.

No, it's a Juice that I carry in my pocket. I have a micra in my FAK, but I never thought of putting one around my neck, not a bad idea. Thanks!

A buddy of mine had a girl the same time we had our boy. I keep telling him about the fun they'll have And he keeps telling me about the Glock he has LOL - Fun times!!

Very nice! What knife is that?

It's a Graham Brother's Spear point. I love the knife, I'm not normally a fan of file work but it works out great on this knife. IT's got a pocket kydex sheath that fits comfortably in my front pocket. It doesn't see much use so I figured I'd take her along.
