Yeah. Reducing alcohol, things like potatoes and other starches, cutting out ice cream, sugar in the coffee and adding fish oil cut the value in half. It's now a little more than double what it should be. It had been way worse.

yup...that's what I figured...sounds like you got a good handle on it...you were on the road to a fatty liver...hold onto what you're doing and add in some vigorous exercise <apart from your working on knives> and I'd wager you'll get down to a manageable level. Good luck on carving out some time for yourself!:rolleyes: ;)
 
We have started shipping these. We will continue to add them to our grind mix and ship as they're ready in the order they were ordered so it will be ongoing with the last of them shipping around the end of the year.

Me either! It's close. Very close!

Although I have both of mine, I have been burdened with either unexpected chores or have had to tidy up loose ends! Arrrggghhh! It's gonna be this weekend before my HDFK-D3V and I attack the yard. At least, it's going to be nice / Sunny and in the low 80's down in here, but we are entering the dreaded Santa Ana winds season, aka the dangerous dry and en fuego time of the year.

I just went through the pre-order list and there are 68 knives before me. I'm not sure how many have shipped yet but the wait is starting to make me a little twitchy and our local mountain bike trails are in need of a little Fluffing. Tick- tock- tick- tock- tick- tock..... :)
