Yeah. Reducing alcohol, things like potatoes and other starches, cutting out ice cream, sugar in the coffee and adding fish oil cut the value in half. It's now a little more than double what it should be. It had been way worse.
yup...that's what I figured...sounds like you got a good handle on it...you were on the road to a fatty liver...hold onto what you're doing and add in some vigorous exercise <apart from your working on knives> and I'd wager you'll get down to a manageable level.
