Incorporation isn't that big a deal to complete and I could definiately give you a hand with it. The only thing I would keep in mind though is that if you go ahead and incorporate, it's probably worth having a fairly sound reason as to why you are doing it b/c there will be certain administrative hassels - such as tax return filings every year - and fees associated with setting up a company like that. They're not hugely cumbersome, they are just little annoyances that you should keep in mind.

also IG you have to keep track of every penny or the Gov can
take you for embezzlement and you can't stop it.
I think it's like $300.00 to set it up.
then pay more for the returns to be done..we are nonprofit

Dan: IMO if we want to grow and promote a larger volume of functions we should proceed in getting INC. We can bring it up for a vote.
