You should think of a distinct land mark, physical feature, or cultural bot to include in your name. Ohio River Blades (or knives or cutlery) if you live on or near the river. Cumberland Cutlery if you live near the gap (or Cumberland river. went rafting there once. beautiful country)

Or Hillbilly knives? JK

Really, "ulrata-tech implements of cutting and piercing" may make for an impressive use of vocabulary, but it doesn't express what you are, a small knife dealer. Make it personal, and go as cheap as you can. Trust me, lots of people are looking for great deals, and we tend to go for the best prices.
