This may sound stupid but its the best I can come up with for now thats original and has some thought put into it.
How about, The "Black Rhino"
The knive's handle is Micarta (a black color) which represents the black color of the rhino. The 3 holes on the back handle of the knife represent its teeth (yes rhinos have teeth and horns). The blade represents the Rhinos horn (Rhinos have 1 or 2 horns). The knife represents the Black Rhinos danger of extinction because you only made the 1 knife and its in danger of extinction because everyones trying to get their hands on it. The knife also represents the Black Rhinos "Tough" skin and the rhinos massive and powerfull body, because the knife is 11 3/4 long (thats almost a foot long and that seems pretty massive) and because the blade is 6 3/4 long and has 01 steel (thats pretty powerfull and tough).

I read through the first few pages of names, but man - after a few posts with, like, 100 names I gave up. So if it's not original I apologize, but this blade deserves a place in history all its own:
